SECTION 6 - SHIPPING INSURANCE, WARRANTY, AND MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE
A. Shipping Insurance
We guarantee the delivery of your products. In the event that your products are marked as delivered but you have not received them, we will resend your order at no additional cost to you.
B. Warranty up to 1 Year (Defect, Theft)
If you encounter any issues with your Guestguru.pt products (wear, malfunction, defect, etc.), we will resend your products at no additional cost within a 1-year period.

Our support team will promptly review your request and determine its validity. If the request is approved, we will initiate the refund process, which will be completed within 14 business days.

SECTION 17 - RETURNS AND REFUNDS
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, products purchased online may be returned at your expense or refunded within 30 days of receipt. You may choose a full refund, an exchange for an item of similar value, or a store credit. Should you notify us outside the 30-day period, or if the products have already been assembled and damaged by you, returns or refunds will not be accepted. All products must be clean and undamaged.
